The things people ask before paying
- What do I get during the free trial?
- The whole product for 14 days — offline selling, costs, profit and loss, the lot — with 3 users and room for a real catalogue. It is meant for putting real sales through and deciding, not for reading a feature list. No card, and nothing starts charging by itself. When the 14 days are up you can move to any of the three plans.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is charged automatically — we never hold a card you have not agreed to. If you don't choose a plan, the shop becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, you just can't record new sales.
- Can I move up a plan later?
- Yes. Choose the bigger plan and the time you have already paid for carries over — you are never charged twice for the same days.
- Can I pay for a year at once?
- Yes, and it costs 10% less than paying by the month. You can pay for up to three years in advance at the same rate, which also fixes your price for that long.
- What if a payment fails?
- You get a week's grace and a reminder. After that the shop goes read-only rather than being locked — your data stays yours regardless.
